May we introduce you to Andy, who takes both children's and adults' breath away that the mere possibility of such enchantment exists. This 3 year old is a little bit bulldog, a little bit stuffed animal, and a whole lot of perfect.
Andy was brought into a high kill shelter after being found in the Bronx, with five severed tendons in his front leg. Andy's noble and giant heart won him a foster who stood by him while he received stellar medical care. He has since recovered spiritually and physically, to say the least. Where most of the world has body issues, Andy is very, very pleased to show off his perfect belly. In fact, it is hard to get him off his back, because as soon as he greets you with kisses, he flops over belly up, starts to move his back legs so he can get a good back scratch in, and looks up at you with a grin. "Pet me! Pet me! Pet me!" He is a brilliant, made-to-order family dog. He adores children and adults, although he will do best in a household where he is the only dog. Andy is an amazing, mellow boy who makes anyone believe again in the magic of their childhood animal friends.
